Legacy Group of Pearland joins David L. Smith Realty

The Legacy Group has joined in partnership with David L. Smith Realty, it was recently announced.
According to a company press release, the two companies joined forces as of Tuesday, Jan. 1, which allows the newly-expanded brokerage firm to enter the next chapter of its existence.
The new alliance brings on board Legacy brokers Billie Jo Moffett and Tom Long.
"I am excited to begin a new journey and look forward to working with the people in the greater Pearland area," said Susan Lenamon, company broker, in the release.
Lenamon adds that the newly-expanded company will allow it to broaden its brokerage services to clients in the community.
Now known as David L. Smith Realty, The Legacy Group, the brokerage is at 4418 Broadway, Pearland.
