Half Price Books has whole lot of deals
In an age of digital media, Half Price Books is a place where you can still put a book in your hand.
With a degree in English Literature, but no desire to teach, Judy Huston got involved with Half Price Books in 1989.
She has owned the Pearland franchise since 2007. "What makes our business different," she said, "is that we have a great selection of both current and older books — and everything is always half-price or less. We've seen some effects from digital readers, but there are still many people who like to have their book in their hands."
