Friendswood Public Library to host musician Ellen Cherry
Singer/songwriter Ellen Cherry will perform at the Friendswood Public Library on Wednesday, Feb. 20.
According to an announcement from the library, "Throughout 2012, ellen was a Strathmore artist-in-residence and co-founded MOBTOWNmoon, a new collaborative project for Baltimore musicians. Ellen also wrote, performed and recorded an original song commissioned by the Fox Networks that was nominated for an Emmy in 2010."
The free event will take place at 7 p.m. at the library, 416 S. Friendswood Drive, Friendswood.
