US Insurance Source acquires Pearland based Budget Insurance Company

Budget Insurance Company, based in Pearland, has been acquired by US Insurance Source LLC.

So far this year, US Insurance Source has already acquired three insurance agencies. The company believes that the acquisitions will help create a stronger market by adding advantages to its services and offering more services and expertise.

Two of the recent additions to the company were from Houston, Budget Insurance and Alden. Budget Insurance represents more than 30 A-rated carriers in the state, according to a press release. With the acquisitions, BI customers will have access to all the services and programs offered by US Insurance Source. Alden specializes in workers compensation in the state.

US Insurance Source, based in Houston, has both commercial and private customers. Its focus is with workers compensation, commercial trucking, construction, employee benefits and personal insurance.
