Weekly sales roundup for Manvel, week ending Dec. 23

There were two sales in Manvel for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 6702 Bayou Village. Shannon L. McCracken sold the home to Lloyd W. McCracken Jr. on Tuesday, Dec. 18. The 2,966-square-foot home was built in 1961 and is located in the Bayou Village subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 3702 Crescent Drive to Li Zhu and Weizhe Chu.

Sales volume was 100 percent higher than the previous week and matched the volume of sales during the same week in 2011. Manvel has averaged two sales per week during the last 12 months.
