Rep. Pete Olson visits Pearland-based Third Coast Terminals

Congressman Pete Olson visited Third Coast Terminals Inc. on Thursday, Jan. 10.

The company is a member that classified in good standing of the National Association of Chemical Distributors. Olson met with leaders of the company and acknowledged its role in the southeast Texas region.

"Chemical distributors employ thousands of people in vital jobs to the United States' economy," Olson stated in a release. "They are an important part of the global supply chain operating in the region. Companies like Third Coast Terminals in Pearland operate with great care and safety through the Responsible Distribution program, and are worried about issues that can affect operations such as fiscal climate, implementing costly healthcare mandates and tax increases.
