The Alvin Independent School District is recognizing leaders during School Board Recognition Month in January.
According to a press release from Alvin Independent School District, "Each year the month of January is set aside to build awareness and show appreciation for the invaluable contributions of school board members. During School Board Recognition Month, Alvin ISD will take this opportunity to thank the district's local leaders for devoting time to support public education and serve the local schools and community."
