Flavors of Morocco class scheduled for Jan. 27 at Williams-Sonoma

Williams-Sonoma has scheduled a Flavors of Morocco technique cooking class for 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27.

According to a Baybrook Mall release, "Attendees will explore the exotic foods of Morocco, learning about classic Moroccan flavor profiles. The class covers combining sweet, sour and spicy flavors and how to use spices such as harissa and ras el hanout."

Williams-Sonoma is at 500 Baybrook Mall, Friendswood.

Registration is required for the class.
