Alvin ISD junior high schools' lunch menu for the week of Jan. 7 is as follows:

Monday, Jan. 7: No school

Tuesday, Jan. 8: Spaghetti with meatballs, cheeseburger, hamburger, deli turkey and cheese sandwich, half wrap, baked steak fingers with whole-wheat roll, cheese pizza, supreme pizza, mashed potatoes, gravy, seasoned corn and fresh orange wedges

Wednesday, Jan. 9: Baked chicken-fried steak with a whole-wheat roll, chicken burger, pepperoni pizza, deli turkey and cheese sandwich wedge, chicken fajita tacos, custom-built chef salad with whole-wheat roll, cheese pizza, soup, Caesar salad, Campbell’s tomato soup, charra beans, oven-baked fries and fresh apple wedges

Thursday, Jan. 10: Golden roasted chicken with whole-wheat roll, cheeseburger, hamburger, deli turkey and cheese sandwich, half wrap, chicken Alfredo, mashed potatoes with gravy, Boston baked beans, fruited gelatin with apricots and seasoned green beans

Friday, Jan. 11: Beefy nachos, chicken burger, pepperoni pizza, deli turkey and cheese sandwich wedge, mozzarella cheese sticks with marinara sauce, custom-built chef salad with whole-wheat roll, cheese pizza, oven-baked fries and chilled peaches

Available daily: Burger salad, fresh garden salad, fresh veggie dippers, plain gelatin and choice of cold milk
