Alvis man arrested in Friendswood for driving with invalid license

Jesus Serrato, Jr., 28, of Alvin, was arrested by the Friendswood Police Department at 3:10 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 25 after a traffic stop in the 2700 block of West Parkwood Avenue in Friendswood.

Serrato, was charged with driving while license invalid and no insurance.

According to the Friendswood Police Department, "Serrato ran a red light at the intersection of West Parkwood and Cypress Point Drive. His insurance expired in 2010, and his driver's license was ineligible, showing two active suspensions."
