Friendswood man faces two charges

Davidde Teodoro Serrano, 22, of Friendswood was arrested by the Friendswood Police Department on Friday, Nov. 30 after a traffic stop in the 100 block of Melody Lane, according to a department news release.

Serrano was charged with driving with an invalid license and expired license plates.

According to the department, "Serrano told the officer that he was having trouble registering his vehicle because he could not locate the vehicle's previous owner. The officer then ran Serrano's driver's license and discovered he had three active suspensions."
