Friendswood man faces driver's license charge

James Allen Finney, 22, of Baytown was arrested by the Friendswood Police Department on Thursday, Nov. 29 after a traffic stop in the 3600 block of Farm to Market Road 528, according to a department news release.

Finney was charged with driving with an invalid license.

According to the department, "Finney was driving with a defective tail light. During a routine check of Finney's driver's license, the officer discovered that Finney's driver's license was suspended. Additionally, the insurance for the vehicle had expired."
