Friendswood man faces driving with invalid license charge

Robert Garcia, 41, of Friendswood was arrested by the Friendswood Police Department on Monday, Nov. 26 after a traffic stop in the 5000 block of Farm to Market Road 2351, according to a department news release.

Garcia was charged with driving with an invalid license.

According to the department, "Garcia was stopped for running a red light. He was only able to produce an identification card and told the officer that his driver's license had expired. The officer verified the information and discovered that Garcia's license was suspended for a failure to appear charge and he had several traffic warrants in Houston."
