Immediate Medical Care offers urgent care in Pearland

Immediate Medical Care, a locally-owned urgent care clinic, is offering urgent care for minor emergencies and general medical problems for residents of Pearland.

In business for more than 11 years and with additional locations in Clear Lake and Pasadena, the clinic offers X-Ray services, laboratory services, immunizations, flu shots, treatment of on-the-job injuries, pre-placement physicals, DOT physicals, drug and breath alcohol screening and respirator fit testing. In addition, they also treat common pediatric problems, lacerations requiring stitches, sprains and minor fractures.

According to a clinic press release, urgent care clinics do not charge emergency room or freestanding ER rates for the services provided, so there will be no exorbitant fees billed to the patient.

Immediate Medical Care accepts most insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and CHIP and is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. everyday except Christmas and appointments are not required.
