Pearland man arrested for DWI

Warren Keith Stringer, 42, of Pearland, was arrested by the Friendswood Police Department at 1:15 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 17 after a traffic stop in the 1300 block of South Friendswood Drive in Friendswood.

Stringer was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

According to the Friendswood Police Department, "The officer approached Stringer and noticed the smell of alcohol coming from the vehicle’s interior. The officer asked Stringer several questions, but each time Stringer just stared at the officer. Stringer finally exited the vehicle but refused to do any field sobriety tests."
