Friendswood resident charged with DWI

Allison Michelle Alvarez, 32, of Friendswood, was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) Friendswood Police Department at 12:15 a.m. Friday, Nov. 16 after a traffic stop in the 300 block of Tanglewood Drive in Friendswood.

According to the Friendswood Police Department, "Alvarez was stopped in the 300 block of Tanglewood Drive for speeding and running a stop sign. When the officer approached Alvarez, he noticed that she was having a difficult time finding the controls for the window. Alvarez exited the vehicle and exhibited signs of intoxication."
