Marijuana arrest reported at Link Road

Colby Jarrod Mullen, 22, of Friendswood, was arrested by the Friendswood Police Department at 4:55 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, after a traffic stop in the 3900 block of Friendswood Link Road in Friendswood.

Mullen was charged with possession of marijuana.

According to the Friendswood Police Department, "Mullen was stopped in the 3900 block of Friendswood Link Road when he made an illegal turn, and was speeding. After a brief conversation with Mullen, the officer requested a police K-9. When the K-9 arrived, Mullen admitted to having marijuana and was allowed to retrieve his bag containing the marijuana."
