David's Fine Meats opens in Pearland

Pearland residents have a new choice in prime cuts.

David's Fine Meats and Grill, 10009 Broadway, Suite 101, is now open.

"We're pleased to bring a new level of knowledge about the butcher's block to Pearland," said David Cruz, owner and head butcher, in a press release. "When it comes to the big box chains, they just can't provide the same level of service as your own neighborhood butcher."

In addition to beef, poultry, veal, seafood and exotic meats, the store will carry its own line of sauces and seasonings.

David's Fine Meats will also carry Dietz and Watson deli products. "We're very proud of our partnership with Dietz and Watson," said Cruz. "Not only have they provided us with the opportunity to carry their products but they've also sent a chef to teach us some new tricks."

The grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a menu that includes breakfast tacos, homemade kolache and fresh fruit tarts.
