Young author has all the ‘write’ stuff

Second-grader Gracie McClendon is the youngest student to be published in the “I Write Short Stories by Kids for Kids Anthology” by Read3Zero. “I’ve always had a good imagination, and I even had a lot of imaginary friends when I was younger,” Gracie said. “I wrote a story this past summer titled ‘Surfin’ Serafina,’ and  I was very excited when I found out that I was the youngest student whose story was selected.”
