Local resident wins solar-generated electricity from Green Mountain Energy
Luz Rico Vasquez receives a $5,000 check from Green Mountain Energy to cover solar-generated energy costs for her home for three years
Luz Rico Vasquez won the Green Mountain Energy Company's Bring Sunshine Home Sweepstakes and received a check for $5,000 to cover solar-generated energy costs for her Houston home for the next three years.
The contest was open to residents in Texas and New York. Vasquez was selected from more than 7,000 entries.
