Weekly sales roundup for Pearland, week ending Oct. 21

There were eight sales in Pearland for the week ending Sunday, Oct. 21, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1109 Breckonridge Circle. Brazoria County, Wayne Ausmus and Faye Ausmus sold the home to Wallace Boersma on Oct. 21. The 5,438-square-foot home was built in 2001 and is located in the Twin Wood subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 1323 E. Crystal Lake Circle to Steven D. Stapleton and Patricia M. Stapleton and the sale of 5101 Woodville to Kelli Riney and Network Funding LP.
