Pearland grad Garrison plays for West Virginia University
Pearland High School graduate Dustin Garrison had six carries and two pass receptions for 19 yards, but West Virginia University dropped a 55-34 decision to Oklahoma State Saturday Nov. 10 at BoonePickens Stadium in Stillwater, Okla., according to the Mountaineers' website.
West Virginia University is now 5-4, and Garrison has 38 carries for 166 yards on the season.
West Virginia University's next game is at home against Oklahoma at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17.Garrison, a sophomore running back for the Mountaineers, graduated from Pearland High School in 2011. The general studies major is a Pearland native and is the son of David and Shondalon Guillot.
