Yasmin Ali and Farshad Hadaegh sold a five-bath home at 11303 Softbreeze Court in Pearland to Weimei Di and Zhi Ming Ding on Dec. 30.

The 2,101-square-foot house, built in 2003, is in the Shadow Creek Ranch subdivision.

Ali is an associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, a business and technology consultancy and management advisory services firm.

She received a B.S. in electronics engineering technology from Texas A&M University.

Hadaegh is the owner of Turn-Fab, a machine shop and services provider.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,702 home sales in Pearland during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $179,500.
