Credit union branch manager buys 4BD home in Pearland

Yolanda Erskin Hall and Rochon B. Hall bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1911 Keswick Court in Pearland from Terry Bebermeyer on Jan. 6.

The home was previously acquired in Feb. 2008. The 3,092-square-foot house was built in 2007.

Ms. Hall is a branch manager at JSC Federal Credit Union. Previously, she was an office aid at Thayer J Hill Middle School and an analyst at TIG Insurance.

She attended College of the Mainland and Texas Woman's University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,702 home sales in Pearland during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $179,500.
