Energy co. engineer sells home in Pearland

Lisa Barron acquired a 2.5-bath home at 4522 Stonebridge Drive in Pearland from Jeffrey I. Daigneault on Jan. 26.
Daigneault acquired the home in March 2000. The 3,820-square-foot house, built in 1996, is in the Cobblestone subdivision.
Daigneault is a chief engineer at Ensco PLC, an energy company that provides offshore drilling services. Previously, he was an engineer with Transocean and Reading & Bates Falcon.
He attended the University of Maine and Maine Maritime Academy.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 113 home sales in Pearland during the past 12 months.
