Construction co. president sells 4BD home in Pearland

Glenn A. Hawkins sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 5109 Lockhart Drive in Pearland to Teresa J. Duhon on Jan. 27.

The 2,119-square-foot house, built in 2001, is in the Park Village Estates subdivision.

Hawkins is the president and owner of Disk Enterprises, a roofing contractor and remodeling and construction company. He was a board member of the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas.

Duhon is treasurer for Pearland Independent School District High Schools.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,364 home sales in Pearland during the past 12 months.
