Roofing exec sells Pearland home

Glenn A. Hawkins sold a three-bath home at 4802 Lakefront Terrace Drive in Pearland to Teresa J. Duhon on Jan. 27.

The 1,569-square-foot house, built in 2004, is in the Cabot Cove subdivision.

Hawkins is the president of Disk Enterprises, which offers roofing products and services. He is a member of the Houston Roofing Contractors Association where he was a vice president.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,364 home sales in Pearland during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $135,000.
