Space systems specialist sells 3BD home in Pearland

Olivia E. Patrick sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2519 Piney Woods Drive in Pearland to Ruby Truong on Jan. 27.

The 2,345-square-foot house was built in 1997.

Patrick is a project management specialist at United Space Alliance, a space systems maintenance, operations management and technology development company. Previously, she was a project lead and systems engineering maintenance and operations manager at United Space Alliance, a project manager at UNISYS Government Systems Group and a programmer and analyst at Computer Sciences Corp.

She received a B.S. in computer science and accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,364 home sales in Pearland during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $135,000.
