Flight attendant sells 4BD home in Pearland

Americahomekey Inc, Lindsey N. Stephens and Michael J. Stephens acquired a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1816 Branch Hill Drive in Pearland from Dixie Schulze and William Schulze on Feb. 2.

The 1,854-square-foot house, built in 1996, is in the Oakbrook Estates subdivision.

Ms. Schulze is a flight attendant at American Airlines.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,379 home sales in Pearland during the past 12 months.
