Stephen Derek Shutt and Trisha Shutt sold a four-bedroom, three-home home at 2913 Linda Drive in Pearland to Brittney L. McGowen, Joseph McGowen and Primelending on Jan. 20.

The 2,386-square-foot house, built in 1995, is valued at $156,240. It is part of the Willowick subdivision.

Mr. Shutt is the control leader of work quality assurance at BP. Previously, he was a retailer at CieAura LLC.

Ms. Shutt is the hospital manager of Parkwood Animal Hospital and Boarding, an animal veterinary hospital. She is also a retailer at CieAura LLC. Previously, she worked on inside sales at Webster Veterinary Supply Inc.
