Pathology professor sells 4BD in Pearland

Michael Gilcrease and Rosa I. Gilcrease sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 2614 Nutwood Drive in Pearland to NTFN Inc., Lawrence Sherman and Vivian Sherman on Oct. 26.

The 3,307-square-foot house, which was built in 1999, is valued at $235,690. It is part of Woodbend subdivision.

Michael Gilcrease is an anatomic pathologist and cytopathologist, as well as a pathology professor at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
He received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
