Athletic foundation founder acquires home in Pearland

Justin J. Watt acquired a home at 12324 Bend Creek Lane in Pearland from John Dp Reid and Nicole Reid on Oct. 31.

John Dp Reid acquired the home in the Shadow Creek Ranch subdivision in Dec. 2005 from Perry Homes. It is valued at $382,000.

The 8,338-square-foot house was built in 2005.

Watt is the founder of Justin J. Watt Foundation, a nonprofit firm that provides after-school athletic opportunity for children.

He is a professional football player with the Houston Texans and was the No. 11 overall pick in the 2011 National Football League draft.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,662 home sales in Pearland during the past 12 months.
