Jamerson and Wholesale Lender Americas originally listed the home with Keller Williams Realty Pearland for $301,000 in November. Will Clark of Will Clark Real Estate is the current listing agent.

The 5,818 -square-foot house was built in 2001 and is valued at $201,660.

Jamerson is the general manager of corporate administration at Canyon Offshore Inc., an offshore drilling company.

He attended Lamar University.
