Business luncheon to feature Jeff Barley of Bushi Ban International

Sensei Jeff Barley will discuss self-defense during a Thursday, Oct. 18, luncheon at the Pearland-area Golden Corral.

Barley, director of Bushi Ban International, will discuss how self-defense training affects health and wellness, according to a Pearland Chamber of Commerce news release.

Bushi Ban International has been ranked in the top 5 percent of martial arts schools in the country, according to the release.

The luncheon, which costs $20 per person, will take place from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Oct. 18 at Golden Corral, located at 9115 Broadway in Pearland. The cost includes lunch.
