Marching band competition set for Sept. 29

Friendswood High School will be hosting a marching band competition Saturday, Sept. 29 at Henry Winston Stadium.

The gates open at 10 a.m., and preliminary performances will begin at 11 a.m. The final competition will take plact at 5 p.m., and the Mighty Mustang Band will perform at 8:45 p.m.

All-day tickets cost $15 for adults and $7.50 for students and seniors. Half-day tickets cost $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Preschool-age children and younger can attend for free.
