Selah Financial Services president earns wealth manager distinction

Sharon Duncan, president of Selah Financial Services, Inc., was recently named a Houston Region Five Star Wealth Manager by Texas Monthly magazine.

This is the fourth consecutive year that Duncan has received this honor, according to a press release. The award was published in the September 2012 issue of the magazine.

Partnered with the publishers of Texas Monthly, Five Star Profession conducts market-specific research through the United States and Canada to help consumers select quality service professionals.

The award is based on personal experience, highest overall satisfaction, client evaluations and industry experts, according to the release.

"It's been an exciting four years as a Five Star Professional," Duncan said in the release. "We've experienced almost 30 percent growth just since last quarter and now have two offices, one in the Clear Lake area and one in Sugar Land."

Selah Financial Services has been doing business in the Clear Lake area since 2006 and now has offices in Sugar Land.
