Since 1960, David L. Smith Realty has taken an active role in the growth and development of the Pearland area.  Now, after more than 50 years of dedicated service, the management, headed by the founder's daughter Susan S. Lenamon, will be adding a new group to the company effective Jan. 1, 2013.

"Our new group, called The Legacy Group, will consist of three members of the real estate company -- Billie Jo Moffett, Tom Long, and myself," Lenamon said. Moreover, in line with the expansion, the firm is redesigning its website to feature the different services it will offer.  The company's office is also undergoing a modern facelift as part of this new phase in the company's development.
