Elize Vos was recently appointed assistant vice president of lending of Texas Gulf Bank, N.A. in Friendswood.   According to a press release, Vos will focus on expanding the bank's commercial client base by offering business and personal loans and deposits, commercial lines of credit and flexible solutions to area businesses.   Vos brings more than 21 years of experience in the banking industry. Before joining Texas Gulf Bank, she was a business banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she managed commercial accounts.
