Zoning board to discuss Lakeway Drive property at Aug. 28 meeting
The Friendswood Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing regarding lot coverage of a Lakeway Drive property at its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28 at city hall, 910 S. Friendswood Drive, Friendswood.
The board will consider and discuss allowing a permanent special exception to a city zoning ordinance to exceed the maximum lot coverage of 35 percent at 2318 Lakeway Drive.
