D'Caribbean Curry really hits the spot

An oxtail plate at D'Caribbean, complete with fixings, is offered among various meat dishes.

D'Caribbean Curry Spot is a family-owned Caribbean restaurant that has been in business for five years.

Owners "Moh" and Sherry's menu includes curry recipes inspired by their home country of Trinidad. Their children are also involved in the business.

The owners' goal is to provide delicious Caribbean cuisine at a reasonable price. D'Caribbean recently was ranked the No. 3 restaurant in Pearland in an informal ranking in the Houston Press, but the owners say they're after the No. 1 spot.
