The Pearland Police Department responded to the following incidents in the morning hours of July 19:

ASSAULT July 19: Police arrested Keith Allen Arnaud, 54, on a charge of assault causing bodily injury: family violence on the 1600 block of Brighton Brook Lane. July 19, 1:05 a.m.: A person reported an assault on the 10000 block of Broadway Street.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE July 19: Police arrested Travis William Porter, 19, on a charge of driving while intoxicated on the 3000 block of East Broadway and South Main streets.

FAILURE TO APPEAR July 19: Police arrested Alicia Michelle Fuller, 28, on a charge of failure to appear at 14000 block of State Highway 288. July 19: Police arrested Blanca Esthela Villarreal, 30, on a charge of failure to appear on the 10000 block Broadway Street.

RUNAWAY July 19, 1:58 a.m.: A person reported a runaway on the 1000 block of Pine Grove Lane.

THEFT July 19: A person reported burglary of vehicles between 10 a.m. July 18, and 7 a.m. July 19, on the 1000 block of Oakwood Drive. July 19: A person reported the attempted burglary of vehicles between 5 p.m. July 18, and 9:45 a.m. July 19, on the 10000 block of Easton Springs Drive.
