NHCDS club to play at Friendswood Public Library Aug. 8
The North Harris County Dulcimer Society will perform a free concert at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8 at the Friendswood Public Library.
NHCDS is a nonprofit organization that offers dulcimer classes and music programs. The organization began in 1985 with 10 members. After membership grew to more than 100 members, the group moved to Memorial Drive Presbyterian and later to Epiphany Lutheran Church in 2009. In 2010 the group relocated to Advent Lutheran Church.
