Pearland accepting submissions for calendar photo contest
The city of Pearland is accepting photos for its first calendar photo contest.
Anyone is welcome to submit an original photo of Pearland events, people at work or play in the community, scenic or historic places around town or a snapshot of life in the city.
Submission deadline is Friday, Sept. 14 and photos will be selected in October.
Photos must be taken in Pearland city limits within two years of the contest year. Winning photos will be used in the annual report and calendar and may be used in other communication pieces and on the city’s website.
Entries are limited to six per photographer. All photos must be submitted as color originals.
Winning photos will be selected on the basis of originality, creativity and quality of reproduction.
