Riverway Properties builds latest project in Spring Branch
The latest community built by Riverway Properties in Spring Branch will open this summer.
Woodbend Park will feature 40 patio homes in a gated community.
Homes are 1,800 square feet and feature wood floors, tile, granite countertops and gourmet kitchens, according to the press release.
The build-out of Woodbend Park will be a three-year process.
Prospective buyers who make an early move will be able to select custom floor plans.
Woodbend Park is located near Freed Park.
