Friendswood Aquatic Center to hold water aerobics classes

The Friendswood Independent School District Aquatic Center will host water aerobics classes from 9-10 a.m. and 6:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays, July 10-26.

Classes are led by a certified water aerobics instructor and cost $22.50 per session. Payment may be made by cash or check payable to FISD. Class size is limited to the first 25 paid enrollments.

This no-impact workout program takes place in deep water, with participants supported by an Aquajogger buoyancy belt. Further assistance equipment may be added under the guidance of the instructor.
