Friendswood High Choir wins big at state contest
Friendswood High School Choir students won gold and silver medals in the Texas State Solo and Ensemble Contest held recently in Austin.
Gold medal winners were Marissa Froneberger, Vinnie Mahal, Nathan Stevens and Caleb Wimer.
Silver medal winners were Zach Brinkman, Samantha McHenry, Emily Nagel, Jenny Plackemeier, Ariana Randal, Emily Sharp, David Snowden, Heather Stevens and Hannah Tamplain.
