Friendswood Police Report, June 3
The Friendswood Police Department reported the following incidents between the early hours of May 28 and Sunday, June 3:
BURGLARY
May 29, 6:02 a.m.: An unknown suspect reportedly stole tools from a company van parked in the lot of Enclave Apartments, located at 5000 Watkins Way.
May 30, 4:21 p.m.: An unknown suspect reportedly stole jewelry and tools from a home in the 100 block of Cherry Lane. A neighbor found some of the stolen items abandoned near the creek.
May 31, 6:43 p.m.: An unknown suspect reportedly stole several pieces of jewelry while the victim was sleeping in a home, located in the 16700 block of Tibet.
June 2: 9:34 p.m.: An unknown suspect reportedly stole credit cards and a purse from a vehicle parked at Stevenson Park, located at 1100 S. Friendswood Drive.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
June 3, 7:29 p.m.: An unknown suspect kicked in the door of a truck parked at the Enclave Apartments, located at 5000 Watkins Way.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS
May 28, 10:46 p.m.: Police arrested League City resident Jennifer Lynn Knowles, 33, on a drug possession charge after allegedly finding controlled substances in her purse during a traffic stop in the 400 block of FM 2351.
May 29, 2:56 a.m.: Police arrested League City resident Michael David Prahm Jr., 32, on a weapons and drug charges after allegedly finding both during a traffic stop in the 17000 block of Blackhawk Boulevard.
May 29, 5:45 p.m.: Police arrested Missouri City resident John William Barr, 21, after allegedly finding synthetic marijuana in his vehicle during a traffic stop in the 4900 block of FM 2351.
May 31, 8:27 a.m.: Police arrested Houston resident Jamal Cornell Robertson, 30, after allegedly seizing one and a half pounds of marijuana from his apartment, located at 711 FM 1959.
June 2, 12:38 a.m.: Police arrested three suspects after neighbors called to complain about a loud party taking place in the 16900 block of Paint Rock. Friendswood resident Lilia Iracheta, 23, reportedly answered the door while Friendswood residents David Nichols, 20, and Luis Fernando Romano, 20, allegedly tried to sneak out of the house. Iracheta was charged with purchasing alcohol for minors, and Nichols and Romano were charged with evading arrest.
DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
May 28, 7:58 p.m.: Police arrested Alvin resident Dale Alan Nichols, 53, on a driving while intoxicated charge during a traffic stop in the 200 block of South Friendswood Drive.
June 3, 2:27 a.m.: Police arrested Friendswood resident Richard Alan Vega, 32, on a driving while intoxicated charge during a traffic stop in the 300 block of 528.
PUBLIC INTOXICATION
June 2, 6:08 p.m.: Police arrested Friendswood resident Martin Ayala-Sanchez, 27, after allegedly finding him asleep at the wheel with the engine running in the parking lot of EZ Food Mart, located in the 4300 block of Friendswood Link Road.
THEFT
May 30, 5:32 p.m.: Police took a report that unknown suspects stole plants and shrubs from the center median at the Lakes of Falcon Ridge subdivision.
June 1, 5:32 p.m.: An unknown suspect reportedly stole a cellphone from the Friendswood High School band hall, located at 702 Greenbriar.
June 2, 4:44 p.m.: An unknown suspect reportedly stole a bicycle from a home located in the 4300 block of Lucian Lane.
