South, East girls teams split games

In an East-South basketball duel this week, Lady Roughnecks and Lady Diamondbacks squads each won 2 games.
South won the 7A matchup 23-35 and triumphed in the 8A game. But East's 7B team romped in its game, winning 23-2, and the 8B Lady Roughnecks pulled off a 22-20 victory against its counterpart from South.
