HS girls basketball: Manvel defeats Wheatley

Manvel defeated Wheatley 56-47 in a girls high school basketball 4-A Playoff matchup Tuesday, Feb. 21.

Manvel improves to 28-1 overall and 15-0 in district play.

Jordan Hosey netted a game-high 28 points in the victory.  

With the loss, Wheatley finishes the season at 24-9 overall and 11-0 in district play.

Diamonsiha Sophus put up 25 points in the loss.
