HS girls basketball: Washington defeats Worthing

Washington defeated Worthing 68-59 in girls high school basketball action on Friday, in a District 22-4A match-up.

With the win, Washington ends its regular season at 10-8 overall and 9-3 in district play.

LaSavette Perry scored a game-high eight points in the victory.  

With the loss, Worthing ends its regular season at 4-11 overall and 4-4 in district play.

Brittany Pickney put up seven points in the loss.
